Kristin Zhivago is a business growth consultant who started her career selling and marketing software and hardware products. She founded Zhivago Management Partners, Inc., in Silicon Valley, in 1979. The company moved to Jamestown, RI in 1996. Clients range from thriving young start-ups to those in the Fortune 500, including Dow Jones, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Bazaarvoice, and Eloqua.

Zhivago worked exclusively for high-tech companies until the Web emerged as a platform for commerce in 1994. She then started applying her revenue growth methods to companies in a variety of industries, including travel, health, publishing, consulting, marine, food, and consumer goods. She spent a number of years as a "rent-a-VP", performing marketing, sales, and product management department turnarounds for CEOs. She then settled on her current role as Revenue Coach. She continues to immerse herself in, and apply, new technologies as they are introduced, always focusing on practical applications that "work" with her client's customers.

Zhivago speaks and teaches frequently, worldwide, on the subject of increasing revenue by supporting the customer's buying process. Her articles and monthly columns have appeared in numerous trade and business journals since 1984. She launched her second book, Roadmap to Revenue: How to Sell the Way Your Customers Want to Buy, in 2011. She is the author of the blog RevenueJournal.com.

Dr. Noah J. Goldstein is a faculty member at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he has won awards for both teaching and research. His research centers on how to influence people to win support for one’s products, proposals, ideas, initiatives, and requests.

Dr. Goldstein’s work on persuasion was featured by Harvard Business Review’s “Breakthrough Ideas” issue in 2009 and has also been covered widely in the news media, including the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Scientific American, Time Magazine, the BBC, and National Public Radio. He has also consulted for a number of organizations, including Accenture, the United States Census Bureau, and the United States Forest Service, and he has served on the Scientific Advisory Boards of two Fortune Global 500 companies.

Finally, he is co-author of a book on persuasion called Yes!, a New York Times bestseller now translated in more than 25 languages.

As the Associate Manager of Online Membership Programs, Nathaniel Ward is responsible for using online and broadcast media to raise funds in support of The Heritage Foundation's work and for building relationships with Heritage members online.

Ward has worked at Heritage since 2005, when he began his work in the online membership program. He oversees communication with nearly 650,000 Heritage members and supporters online, supervises the myHeritage.org website for Heritage members, and coordinates online fundraising activities for Heritage’s sister organization, Heritage Action for America.

A graduate of Dartmouth College, where he worked as an editor at the Dartmouth Review, he is pursuing an MBA at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

Peter joined The Boston Globe in 2007 and has served in a number of roles in the circulation department. Prior to his present role, Mr. Doucette was director of circulation marketing, where he was an architect for the premium-focused circulation strategy, a critical component in the financial turnaround of The Boston Globe in 2009. Prior to that, Peter was the director of home delivery and single copy circulation, where he was responsible for growing revenue for the Globe’s home delivery business, maximizing newsstand sales and profitability, and increasing customer satisfaction and engagement.

Previously, Peter was the Vice President of Consumer Marketing at Grand Circle Corporation, a leading travel operator for senior Americans travelling abroad and as an actuarial analyst for the consulting firm Tillinghast-Towers Perrin. Peter also served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.

Peter is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and 2011 Punch Sulzberger media fellow. He and his wife Kristin have two children, Mac and Kate.

Anderson came to HubSpot through the company's 2011 acquisition of Performable, a marketing analytics and automation company focusing on multiplatform and multi-channel analytics. Prior to Performable, Anderson worked as senior director of communications at United Way of Massachusetts Bay where she oversaw the online communications strategy, generating engaging content across Web and social media channels, and tracking the organization's progress against long-term goals. In 2007, Anderson created the organization's first social media strategy.

Meghan also teaches Writing for Mass Communication as an adjunct professor at Boston University's College of Communication.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Boston College, where she graduated magna cum laude, and a Master of Science degree in Public Relations from Boston University, where she graduated with honors and two key writing awards. Sperry previously served as Vice President of Global Field Operations for FAST Search & Transfer Inc. (which was acquired by Microsoft), where he was accountable for all aspects of worldwide sales execution and field operations. At FAST, Sperry drove the worldwide sales excellence practices of an organization that grew almost ten-fold and produced 100% year-over-year growth for four consecutive years. Anderson came to HubSpot through the company's 2011 acquisition of Performable, a marketing analytics and automation company focusing on multiplatform and multi-channel analytics. Prior to Performable, Anderson worked as senior director of communications at United Way of Massachusetts Bay where she oversaw the online communications strategy, generating engaging content across Web and social media channels, and tracking the organization's progress against long-term goals. In 2007, Anderson created the organization's first social media strategy.

Meghan also teaches Writing for Mass Communication as an adjunct professor at Boston University's College of Communication.
