Tom Reid has more than 25 years of experience in direct, digital and database marketing. Reid’s experience spans several industries including high-tech, health care and financial services. His health care experience includes many successful direct marketing, database marketing and integrated marketing programs for Medicare, commercial group accounts, and for clients such as Highmark, Kaiser Permanente and EmblemHealth. In addition to his health care experience, Reid has also worked with Microsoft, Novell and multiple banking clients. Before joining Hacker Group, Reid was director of response marketing at Avaya, senior manager of database marketing at Novell, and manager of personalized services at Dun & Bradstreet. Reid enjoys attending industry events and sharing his data-driven marketing experiences with others, and has been with Hacker Group since 2005.
