Jessica McGraw provides technical direction and strategy on business decision-making for internal and external projects at MECLABS. She serves as a bridge between her team of graphic designers and software developers, and the MECLABS team of researchers and reporters, to produce landing pages, websites and publications.

Before joining MECLABS in 2008, McGraw was a software engineer at CSX Transportation, where she worked on application servers and development frameworks using ColdFusion, the .NET Framework, Microsoft Sharepoint, Java and Visual Basic. She received her MBA from the University of Phoenix, and is an award-winning photographer in her free time.
