One reviewer said that the book "is likely to be the trailblazing book of 2011." She speaks frequently on how to sell the way your customers want to buy.

Zhivago authored the evergreen Sherpa guide "How to Sell Good Marketing to Your CEO," and is known for her ability to convince top executives to make customer-pleasing decisions. She founded her revenue-growth consultancy, Zhivago Management Partners, Inc. in 1979 and has operated out of Jamestown, RI since 1996.
