He provides expertise in crafting compelling strategies and tactics for successful email lifecycle programs. Plus, he is also an expert user of multiple email marketing platforms.

Previously, Chris operated a successful email consultancy for six years that helped clients achieve measurable ROI with their chosen email marketing programs. During the Dot com craze, Chris also co-founded a successful Los Angeles interactive marketing agency, ComChoice, where his clients benefited from his expertise in developing and deploying integrated marketing strategies. Chris is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, and is Past President of the DMA-SC (Direct Marketing Association Southern California) 2007- 2009
